Complete Your Wellness Evaluation

Next, you’ll schedule a Complete Wellness Evaluation—a one-on-one session with Jenessa Mayer, PA-C, designed to help us understand your health history, clarify your goals, and explore whether our approach is the right fit for your next step.

During this session, we’ll:

  • Review your current symptoms and health journey

  • Discuss your goals, lifestyle, and expectations for change

  • Identify opportunities for success and potential challenges

  • Recommend a personalized program length (typically 60 days to 9 months)

  • Walk through our five foundational pillars: Detox, Nutrition, Movement, Hormones, and Mentorship

Our goal is to make sure we’re aligned, that you feel supported, and that you're truly ready to begin creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Step 3

Begin Your Personalized Program

Get the tools, testing, and support to start healing.

Once your plan is in place, you’ll begin a customized program that may include:

  • Diagnostic testing (blood, stool, hormone panels, as needed)

  • Weekly educational modules so you understand your body better

  • Regular check-ins with Jenessa Mayer, PA-C and a health coach for guidance

  • Targeted supplements and lifestyle shifts to support true healing

Everything is designed to be doable, supportive, and tailored to you.

Get Ongoing Support with Membership

Keep your progress going with long-term support.

After completing your core program, you’ll have the option to continue in a membership model for continued care.

This includes:

  • 2–4 visits/year with Jenessa Mayer, PA-C, IFMCP

  • Discounts on supplements

  • Access to live group sessions + educational content

  • Optional one-time visits as needed
