No. We work alongside your current care and only explore changes if and when it makes sense for you, in collaboration with your medical team.

Due to the limitations of the insurance model in functional medicine and wellness care, our programs are not insurance-based. We’ll walk you through all the investment information before you commit!

Most programs last 4–6 months, depending on your needs. We also offer ongoing support through optional membership after your initial program ends.

During your Complete Wellness Evaluation, Jenessa Mayer, PA-C, will conduct a comprehensive review of your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors. We will develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
Depending on your unique situation, recommendations may include diagnostic testing, nutritional guidance, movement strategies, hormone balancing, and mentorship support.
We will work together to ensure you feel like the plan fits your needs, and that Jenessa and the team can accept your case.

While we offer comprehensive functional medicine services, we do not serve as primary care providers. We encourage all patients to maintain a relationship with a primary care physician for routine medical needs, screenings, and acute care.
Our role is to work collaboratively with your primary care provider to address chronic health issues and support your overall wellness journey.

Yes! After completing your personalized program, many clients choose to continue with our membership model for ongoing support.
This includes 2–4 follow-up visits per year with Jenessa, access to group coaching or educational sessions, a 10% discount on supplements, and the ability to schedule one-time visits as needed.
It’s a great way to maintain the progress you’ve made, stay accountable, and keep your health on track long term—without starting from scratch every time.
